Register & Update Your Mobile No. & Password
This form has been provided for you to update your mobile number and set your password. Before using it, read the instructions carefully:
1. You will need to exactly enter your Enrollment No., and DOB in format DD/MM/YYYY.
2. The mobile number you enter, will be used for official SMS Communication.
3. Passwords shall need to be more than 6 characters and should use a number and a special character. Please Note down your password carefully after you set it.
4. The password/mobile number can be reset only 5 times, following which your account shall be locked.
